Exchange & Repair Policy

• • Exchange of goods, if permitted, must be done within 7 days of purchase from the date of purchase. Provided products must be returned in their original packaging, complete with any related accessories or instruction booklets, labels, protective covers together with the original invoice.

  • Merchandise once sold are not eligible for return.

  • Merchandise once sold, shall not be refunded.

  • Discounted merchandise will not be exchanged or returned.

  • Merchandise may only be exchanged for items of equal or greater value.

  • Repairs will be accepted only upon presentation of the cash memo.

  • Repair policy limited to polishing/cleaning.
