Do you offer shipping, and how long does dispatch take?
Da Milano offers worldwide shipping via its authorised delivery partners. Orders are processed and dispatched within 72 hours of being placed. Please note that order processing does not take place on national holidays.

What should I do at the time of delivery?
We recommend that you inspect your order carefully at the time of delivery.
If you notice any damage, discrepancy, or issue with the product, it must be recorded on the courier partner’s delivery docket at the time of receipt.
Please note: Claims raised after accepting the delivery, without such notation, may not be accepted.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details and a link to the courier partner’s website.
If you do not receive the email, please check your spam or junk folder. Tracking details may take up to 24–48 hours to reflect after dispatch.
You can also track your order anytime by visiting the Track Order section on the Da Milano website after signing into your account.
What happens if I am unavailable at the time of delivery?
Our delivery partners will make up to three (3) delivery attempts.
If you are unavailable to receive the order after these attempts, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse.
To avoid delays, please ensure that your shipping address and contact number are accurate and reachable at the time of placing the order.
Is proof of identity required at the time of delivery?
For certain locations and high-value orders, you may be required to present a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of delivery.
Failure to provide valid identification may result in non-delivery of the order.
