Da Milano delivery partner deliver across the world. Our order processing time is 48 hours. We do not process orders on Sundays & on National Holidays.

Note: Customers are advised to check the product at the time of delivery and report any dissatisfaction on the courier docket.

International Shipping:
We offer International shipping as well. Special requests can be handled with prior confirmations. Please note all duties, taxes, import duties on international orders will be borne by the customers. Shipping charges are non refundable once the order is shipped. Returns & exchanges will not be entertained post dispatch of the orders.

Tracking Packages :
If you have a tracking or delivery number, you can track your package by clicking our delivery partner links provided in your shipment confirmation email. If you did not receive email, please check your spam folder. Tracking may not appear online for upto 24-48 hours in some cases, so please wait until the shipper scans your package and updates in on their website.
You can track your order at any time online via our order status page which is named as "Track Order . You will need to provide the order number.

Non Availability on Delivery:
Our delivery partners will attempt thrice before an item is returned to our warehouse. Please make sure, you add your available phone/mobile number in shipping address while you place an order, this will speed up the delivery process.

Proof on Delivery:
