How Do I Make a Return / Exchange?

We want you to truly love your purchase. If something doesn’t feel right, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your online order.

To be eligible, please verify that the product is:

  • unused and in original condition
  • returned with original packaging
  • with all tags, tickets, and labels intact

Items that are returned in used, damaged, or altered condition will not be accepted. Your request will be initiated once the product has reached the warehouse and passed the quality check.

Important: For every individual item(s) that you wish to return or exchange, a separate request must be raised. This helps us process your returns and exchanges efficiently and accurately.

How do I return/exchange an order that was purchased from our website?

Our return policy is applicable only to items purchased online and delivered within India. Returns or exchanges can be requested within 5 days of receiving your order.

Please note: Items purchased from offline stores are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

These returns/exchanges are only eligible for online orders.

How do I check on my return/exchange status?

To check on your return status, sign in to your account, head to My Account and select Returns. Your return status is reflected next to your return request number.

Return/Exchange Initiated: Your return request has been received.

Completed: Your returns request has been resolved.

How do I check on my item refund status?

To check your item's refund status, sign in to your account and follow the steps:

  • Head to My Account and select Refund Status.
  • You will be redirected to the "Return Details" page to track your item's refund status.

In Progress: Your returns request has been received.

Refunded: Your refund request has been resolved.

Rejected: Your refund request has been denied.

Can I Return/Exchange Discounted Products?

Da Milano accepts returns and exchanges for discounted products.

Please note that this policy only applies to items purchased through our online store. Discounted products bought from offline stores are not eligible for return or exchange.

Received a Product That Didn’t Meet Expectations?

Every Da Milano product goes through a final quality inspection before dispatch. However, in the rare event that the item received is damaged, defective, fails quality checks, or is incorrectly delivered, we will initiate a full refund or exchange, as per your preference.

We aim to ensure a smooth resolution and will assist you through the entire process to make sure you receive exactly what you ordered.

Terms & Conditions

  • All exchange requests for wrong or defective products must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Requests raised after 48 hours may not be accepted.
  • Exchanges are applicable for products of the same price or higher value than the originally purchased item.

If the exchanged item is of lower value, the balance amount will be refunded.

  • Once the returned product successfully passes our quality check, the amount will be refunded within 5-6 working days.
  • Exchange requests will be processed within 24–48 hours after the returned shipment is picked up from the customer.
