  • How do I take care of my DA Milano products?

    "Our products are made of genuine leather; synthetic fabrics and materials; and metallic accessories which can react to humidity, salt and atmospheric agents. This may cause irreversible wear and tear, so we recommend you keep your item(s) dry. To keep your bags and accessories clean, wipe them with a soft dry cloth. When they are not in use, store them in a protective bag in a clean, cool and dry place. All our materials are carefully crafted and sourced for their unique qualities. Any incidental marks, tonal changes and/or textural variances are part of the material’s natural characteristic and should not be considered as imperfections."

Return & Exchanges

  • How can I return a product which I purchased online?

    You can raise a return request within 7 days of receiving of product. Once the product passes our QC process, the product amount will be credited to your DA Milano account wallet for future purchases. This amount is valid for 1 year from date of credit beyond which it will be forfeited.

  • How can I exchange a product?

    In order to ensure that the exchange process is easy and informative. We have designed a way to keep it simple. For any requests for exchange kindly e-mail it to us at online@damilano.com within 7 days from the date of receiving and fill out the exchange form available on the website . Our team will get in touch with you to assist you with the procedure further at the earliest. On receiving the parcel of the exchange article we will initiate Confirmation of the same to make no delays in your shopping.

  • Can I return/exchange an item that I bought online to a DA Milano store?

    As per our terms and policy, the products bought online needs to be exchanged or returned through online process only.

  • Can I exchange a discounted product?

    We provide flexibility to exchange the products under discount. Customers can exchange a discounted article for a variation of the same article to retain the discount accepted during original purchase. In case of exchange for a new article, the previous discount will not be valid. Only the ongoing offers/discounts of the new article will be applicable.


  • How can I track my order?

    Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the details of your tracking order. You can also check the status using " TRACK MY ORDER". For any further assistance, you can contact us at online@damilano.com

  • I have not received my package, what should I do?

    In such rare cases, we request you to drop an email to online@damilano.com, sharing images of the product & brief with the order ID. Our team will verify the information and will arrange for a pickup within a maximum time span of 72 hours & we will dispatch you the same product or offer an exchange/return in case of the product is out of stock.

  • Can I modify or cancel the order?

    We request you to email the details of your order within 12 hours of order being placed at online@damilano.com

  • Are there shipping charges?

    We do not charge for any order deliveries within India.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express debit and credit cards, PayPal, UPI, Net banking transfers and Cash on Delivery (COD).

  • My payment has been deducted and order not placed. What should I do?

    If the payment gets debited from your account and order confirmation is not received, your amount will be credited back into your account with 5-7 business working days.

  • Can I use my credit/debit card to pay for a COD order?

    Yes, you can pay through credit or debit card for your COD orders.
