International Shipping Policy
All international orders are shipped through our authorised logistics partner, DHL. Orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours from the time of order confirmation, subject to payment authorisation and product availability.
Customers may request order cancellation or modifications only within 24 hours of placing the order. Requests received beyond this period may not be accommodated, as the order may have already entered processing or dispatch stages.
For international shipments, all applicable charges are reflected in the amount at checkout (Freight charges are calculated and levied in proportion to the Maximum Retail Price (MRP) of the product).
Once an international order has been shipped, it shall not be eligible for exchange, return, or cancellation under any circumstances. Customers are advised to ensure that all shipping details, including the delivery address and contact information, are accurate at the time of placing the order.
Customers are required to be available to receive the shipment when our delivery partner attempts delivery. In the event that the shipment cannot be successfully delivered due to customer unavailability, incorrect or incomplete address details, refusal to accept delivery, or any other reason beyond the control of Da Milano or its logistics partner, the shipment may be disposed of or destroyed in accordance with international shipping regulations and courier policies.
In such cases, no refund, replacement, or store credit shall be issued.
By placing an international order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the above terms and conditions.
