- Q) How can I exchange a product?
In order to ensure that the exchange process is easy and informative. We have designed a way to keep it simple. For any requests for exchange kindly e-mail it to us at email@example.com within 7 days from the date of receiving. Our team will get in touch with you to assist you with the procedure further at the earliest. On receiving the parcel of the exchange article we will initiate the confirmation of the same to make no delays in your shopping.
Terms and Conditions:
We ensure that all exchange requests made within 48 hrs for wrong/defective products are dealt with utmost efficiency. However any request for exchange for the aforementioned cases post 48 hours is subject to denial.
Exchange against articles priced similar or higher than the originally purchased article is applicable for all order. In case the customer choses to exchange the originally purchased article for an article priced below that of the original, the balance between the two will be credited to customer’s wallet.
Da Milano ensures exchange/return of articles in their original state along with bills, tags, and packaging according to the guidelines as stated. In case the same in not ensured, we reserve the right to deny exchange/return.
To keep the experience smooth and accessible we ensure that all the requests for exchange of store purchased products are dealt at the store and all the requests of exchange for products purchased online are dealt online.
Reverse pick ups will be initiated by us in case of wrong/defective products. All deliveries for other return/exchange requests will be borne by the customers initiating the same.
All the exchange requests will be initiated within 24-48 hrs after the shipment has been returned to its origin and has undergone the quality check successfully.
- Q) Bought the wrong size?
We ensure easy exchange for customers facing an issue with size. However as exchange is subject to availability. If the same article is unavailable in your size, full credit equivalent to the product will be initiated to your wallet.
- Q) Exchange policies for products under discount?
We provide flexibility to exchange the products under discount. Customers can exchange a discounted article for a variation of the same article to retain the discount accepted during original purchase. In case of exchange for a new article, the previous discount will not be valid. Only the ongoing offers/discounts of the new article will be applicable.
- Q) Do we accept International orders?
Yes, we accept prepaid orders internationally, for which payment could be made through your credit card or a debit card that can make international payments.
- Q) Do we accept returns and exchange for international orders?
No, unfortunately we do not have a policy to accept any returns or exchanges for our international orders.
