What should I do at the time of delivery?

We recommend that you inspect your order carefully at the time of delivery.

If you notice any damage, discrepancy, or issue with the product, it must be recorded on the courier partner’s delivery docket at the time of receipt.

Please note: Claims raised after accepting the delivery, without such notation, may not be accepted.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details and a link to the courier partner’s website.

If you do not receive the email, please check your spam or junk folder. Tracking details may take up to 24–48 hours to reflect after dispatch.

What happens if I am unavailable at the time of delivery?

Our delivery partners will make up to three (3) delivery attempts.

If you are unavailable to receive the order after these attempts, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse.

To avoid delays, please ensure that your shipping address and contact number are accurate and reachable at the time of placing the order.

Is proof of identity required at the time of delivery?

For certain locations and high-value orders, you may be required to present a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of delivery.

Failure to provide valid identification may result in non-delivery of the order.

How Do I Make a Return / Exchange?

We want you to truly love your purchase. If something doesn’t feel right, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your online order.

To be eligible, please verify that the product is:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • Returned with original packaging
  • With all tags, tickets, and labels intact

Items that are returned in used, damaged, or altered condition will not be accepted. Your request will be initiated once the product has reached the warehouse and passed the quality check.

How do I return/exchange an order that was purchased from our website?

Our return policy is applicable only to items purchased online and delivered within India. Returns or exchanges can be requested within 5 days of receiving your order.

Can I Return/Exchange Discounted Products?

Da Milano accepts returns and exchanges for discounted products.

Please note that this policy only applies to items purchased through our online store. Discounted products bought from offline stores are not eligible for return or exchange.

Received a Product That Didn’t Meet Expectations?

Every Da Milano product goes through a final quality inspection before dispatch. However, in the rare event that the item received is damaged, defective, fails quality checks, or is incorrectly delivered, we will initiate a full refund or exchange, as per your preference.

We aim to ensure a smooth resolution and will assist you through the entire process to make sure you receive exactly what you ordered.

Terms & Conditions

  • All exchange requests for wrong or defective products must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Requests raised after 48 hours may not be accepted.
  • Exchanges are applicable for products of the same price or higher value than the originally purchased item.
  • If the exchanged item is of lower value, the balance amount will be refunded.
  • Once the returned product successfully passes our quality check, the amount will be refunded within 5–6 working days.
  • Exchange requests will be processed within 24–48 hours after the returned shipment is picked up from the customer.
